Actually, you want to give your bad samskara to him. Do you know in this way you make your guru pain and you are hurting your guru. And you feel pride about it, shame on you! As parents we prayed to God:"Please, save my son, i would like to die for him, if it is possible." As a parent, he or she is ready to secrifice for their children." This is love. You can see love is there. But when come to your guru. Do you feel his/her pain after you touch their feet? After years of practice, i, myself did not like to hug people. i did not like to smell non-sentient people. My hands got sour, i'd rather to do namaskar to people.
