An Asana i Invented

Years ago, i invented an asana.  This practice is  include asana, mudra, banda and veda.  This one included pranayama, qi and strength, expand energy and withdrawn energy.




When BaBa in Taiwan

When BaBa was in Taiwan, His schedule was two times to give darshan.  one in the morning around 9 am  and one in the evening around 9 pm.  Firstly BaBa would take a field walk in a grave yard or park.  And He would do the same in the evening.  He stayed in Yang Ming Mountain at Balba's home, an Italian devotee.

In India one was 11 am and one was 11 pm.  Before those times would be field walk.

An invitation came from Taiwanese margiis.  They are going  to have a memorial celebration for " BaBa in Taiwan" on 1/2/3  in April 2017.


Reverse Breathing

A very powerful practice on pranayama is reverse breathing.  When i practice at gym, i do not use strength.  i use qi.  No one knows a kind of practice i am using.  Very powerful and very healing.

The secret is the "hold up"; Natural way of breathing or Reverse way of Breathing helps you, first is rhyme, second is "hold up", breath in for a few second, hold up the "qi" for a few second,  then, breath out the "qi" gradually.  or breath out gradually for a few seconds, hold up a few seconds, then, breath out gradually.

The dangerous moment kick in in "hold up" period.  It happen in Reverse Breathing.  Why?  Mostly because while you are using strength you breath in first , while shoot out the energy within through  breath out.  This is a natural way.  But when you do Reverse breathing, you breath out first, no air inside you, you still channelize energy within you to where you need, but suppose you can not hold up long enough to finish your action, then, part of the "qi" will get stuck.  For long, you will have a lot of trouble for breathing.  So we need to do something after the reverse breathing.  i won't say it here.  You'd better to find a good teacher who knows how.  To get a correct demo and correction will be necessary until you are familiar with this kind of breathing.

If you do it properly on breathing, the 4th lesson, your meditation will benefit from it very much, what?  you will get amazed from its power.  The name of the breathing is pranayama.  yama means control in samskrta.  prana means "vital force".

Contents for Yoga Class

There are four items under Asana.  They are Asana, Mudra, Banda and Veda.  i taught all of them in my yoga class.  Some teacher  know Asana and Mudra only.

Banda and Veda are the ways to learn how to control refined energy.  They are dangerous but very powerful.

how many days you observer fasting? Almost one year.

There is a group called "gin pu ti".  A member told me some people fasted over 100 days.  i was so amazed by hearing it.  Later, i found out their way is not the same way Ananda Marga so called "fast".  Because they are not vegetarian.  When they eat vegetarian food they say they are fasting.

some words i need to say now

i have to say something here to the new generation of margiis. That's why i put out many words and my bloggers. Recently, i heard young margii complained we, old margiis, are always talking BaBa this BaBa that, they thought big deal, how about now, how about we. So i have to say something here, something they don't know how much value when we were with BaBa in those days. just one day with Him, it is worth say millions of years of practice.

One time i was in headquarter, i felt i was in so deep all the time. so i said : "i don't need to do meditation." (i know even i tried hard to meditate and i will not go that deeply even i was working near where BaBa was present.) Ramananda said to me, 'no, you still need to meditate." (hehe! i did not know he was nearby. He heard what i said.)
