Many people have been doing meditation for many many years. But still they don't know how to do meditation. One goes to guide meditation. One side track to mindfulness meditation. Later the power left him. When he came to America, he dared not to say anything. Because he did not know how to say or how to give a speech. And more stupid people followed him.
